Igor Agamirzyan is a member of the Council of SKOLKOVO Innovation Fund and is also a Special Advisor to UN on ICT issues and security. </div> <div>  <br /> Igor Agamirzyan has graduated from the Leningrad State University with a degree in applied mathematics in 1979, and used to hold the position of Chief Research Officer at Leningrad Institute of Informatics until 1992.
